Clear Terms on Non-Refundable Donations

Donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is used to support the cause of Zublee Foundation. We encourage donors to carefully consider their contributions before making a payment. No refunds will be issued for donations under any circumstances.

Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Zublee Foundation. If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, participants will be offered a transfer of their registration to the new date or refunded at the discretion of Zublee Foundation.
For participants who can no longer attend the event, the registration fee will not be refunded unless Zublee Foundation decides to issue refunds for specific, extenuating circumstances, such as a cancellation or change in the event’s terms.

In the event that a payment is pending or on hold due to a server issue or any technical error on Razorpay’s end, it is Razorpay’s responsibility to investigate and resolve the issue.
Zublee Foundation is not liable for any server issues and will not be able to assist in processing refunds or resolving payment issues. Razorpay’s support team should be contacted directly at [email protected] or via their customer service phone number.

In the case of a failed payment (due to insufficient funds, technical issues, etc.), Razorpay will notify the customer and issue a refund. The refund process is handled directly by Razorpay, and Zublee Foundation cannot intervene in or expedite this process.

Any disputes regarding charges or chargebacks should be directed to Razorpay. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider, Razorpay will follow their policies to address such issues.
Zublee Foundation is not liable for any chargeback fees incurred by the donor or participant, and any payments initiated as chargebacks will be automatically cancelled, affecting event participation or donation receipt.

In case of force majeure (unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest) that may affect event schedules or donations, Zublee Foundation is not liable for the non-fulfilment of event participation or donations.
Zublee Foundation may offer rescheduling options or offer the option to donate to another cause in such situations, but no refunds will be issued unless it’s deemed appropriate by Zublee Foundation ’s management team.

Payments through Razorpay are processed securely. By using Razorpay, donors and participants acknowledge that their payment information is handled by Razorpay and not Zublee Foundation. Zublee Foundation does not store any payment information or have access to your credit card or bank account details.

Razorpay is an external payment gateway, and all transactions made through their system are governed by their terms and conditions. By making a payment, you agree to adhere to Razorpay’s policies, and Zublee Foundation is not responsible for third-party issues related to payments or refunds.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided during registration (such as wrong participant details for an event), it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Zublee Foundation prior to the event for any changes.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information submitted during the payment process. We are unable to accommodate changes after the payment is processed, unless it’s due to an error on our part.

Certain events may have additional, specific terms and conditions. For example, events with limited capacity, VIP access, or early bird discounts may have further stipulations related to refunds or cancellations.
These terms will be communicated to participants during the registration process, and by making a payment, you accept all event-specific terms.

Donations made through Razorpay will receive an official receipt from Zublee Foundation, which may be used for tax deduction purposes (where applicable). If you require a tax receipt or have questions regarding tax implications, please contact us directly at [email protected]

Zublee Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and donors through email or posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the user to review the policy before making any future payments.

By making a payment through Razorpay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and that you understand the processes and responsibilities of both Razorpay and Zublee Foundation.

Payments made through Razorpay are subject to their terms and conditions. Zublee Foundation’s policies complement Razorpay’s but are not intended to replace or override them.
Zublee Foundation will not bear any responsibility for incorrect payments, transaction disputes, or delays caused by Razorpay.
